SHIPPING TERMS

My intent is to provide safe and economical shipping for objects purchased from Birdie Boone Ceramics. Shipping and handling fees in 2026 are included in the purchase prices, unless otherwise noted. Please understand that shipping costs are subject to change due pricing volatility within the shipping industry.

All orders are carefully packaged for shipping and insurance is included in the shipping cost. Customer will receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipping. 

Requests for returns must be made within three days of delivery. lf item(s) are damaged in shipping, please take pictures of the state of the packaging and item(s) and contact me as soon as possible. Returned items must be shipped back within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value due to damage.

Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or abandoned packages. In the event of a stolen package, I cannot supply a refund. Please be sure to provide a secure shipping location at checkout. 

SATISFACTION TERMS

If you do not love your purchase—for any reason—please reach out within one week of receipt. I accept returns for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
